Tab/CapletPeptic ulcer 150 mg 2 times daily. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome 150 mg 2 times daily. Severe cases Up to 6 g daily. AmpIM 50 mg/2 mL 6-8 hrly. IV intermittent bolus 50 mg (2 mL) 6-8 hrly.
