Oral

Adult: 100 mg bid.

Renal Impairment

Dose reduction may be needed.

Administration

Should be taken with food. Take w/ or immediately after meals.

Special Precautions

Moderate to severe renal impairment.

Adverse Reactions

Hypersensitivity.
