Adult: 0.3-1 g daily, in 3-4 divided doses. May also be given via IM or IV inj.

Active intravascular clotting.

Special Precautions
Caution when used in patients with thromboembolic disorders.

Adverse Reactions
GI discomfort, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting.

Drug Interactions
Concurrent use with factor IX complex or anti-inhibitor coagulant concentrates may increase risk of thrombosis.
