Indications and Dosage
Oral
Antifibrinolytic Adult: 0.3-1 g daily, in 3-4 divided doses. May also be given via IM or IV inj.

Contraindications
Active intravascular clotting.
|

Special Precautions
Caution when used in patients with thromboembolic disorders.
|
|
Adverse Reactions
GI discomfort, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting.
|
|
Drug Interactions
Concurrent use with factor IX complex or anti-inhibitor coagulant concentrates may increase risk of thrombosis.
