Advanced renal disease. Preexisting significantly impaired renal function, uncompensated heart failure or cirrhosis. Dehydrated patients. Preexisting edema, HTN or heart failure. History of CV or other thrombotic effects, GI perforation, ulcers & bleeding (PUB) & patients >65 yr. Patients being treated for infection. Patient who previously experienced acute asthmatic attacks, urticaria or rhinitis.
