Milk allergy.

Special Precautions
Patient w/ lactose intolerance and sensitivity to milk protein. Pregnancy and lactation.

Adverse Reactions
GI disturbances (e.g. nausea, flatulence).

Action
Description:
Mechanism of Action: Bovine colostrum has been used similarly to antisera and human Ig preparations to provide passive immunity against infectious diseases. Hyperimmune bovine colostra have been prepared from cows previously immunised w/ specific antigens. |
