Indications and Dosage

Oral
Postoperative reflux oesophagitis

Adult: 100 mg tid.

Oral
Pancreatitis

Adult: 200 mg tid.

Adverse Reactions

GI disturbances; hepatic dysfunction; pancreatitis; blood disorders; sleep disturbances; fatigue; headache; dizziness; paraesthesia; myalgia; myositis; rhabdomyolysis; taste disturbances; hypersensitivity reactions; rash; pruritus; Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
Potentially Fatal: Anaphylaxis.

Description:
Mechanism of Action: Camostat inhibits protease and is used for treating pancreatitis and postoperative reflux oesophagitis.
