Prevention of premature ovulation in patients undergoing a controlled ovarian stimulation, followed by oocyte pick-up & assisted reproductive techniques.
SC0.25-mg dose Administer once daily, at 24-hr intervals, commence on day 5 or 6 of ovarian stimulation & throughout gonadotropin treatment. 3-mg dose Administer on day 7 of ovarian stimulation. If ovulation induction is not possible on the 5th day after inj then daily doses of 0.25 mg must be administered at 96-hr intervals until ovulation induction is possible.
Hypersensitivity to any structural analogues of GnRH or mannitol. Postmenopausal women. Moderate to severe renal & hepatic impairment. Pregnancy & lactation.
