Description:
Mechanism of Action: Chlorphenoxamine is a congener of diphenhydramine that has antimuscarinic and antihistaminic properties. It has been used in nausea, vomiting, vertigo and hypersensitivity reactions and was formerly used in the sympathomimetic treatment of parkinsonism.
