Dosage/Direction for Use

Recommended Dosage: The recommended dosage of Nustendi, in combination with maximally tolerated statin therapy, is one tablet orally once daily. One tablet of Nustendi contains 180 mg of bempedoic acid and 10 mg of ezetimibe.
Swallow the tablet whole. Nustendi can be taken with or without food.
After initiation of Nustendi, analyze lipid levels within 8 to 12 weeks.
Co-administration with Bile Acid Sequestrants: Administer Nustendi either at least 2 hours before or at least 4 hours after bile acid sequestrants [see Interactions].
