Continuously monitor ECG, BP, cardiac filling pressure, cardiac output during treatment. Hypovolemia should be corrected prior to treatment. Post MI. Patients w/ CAD, arterial HTN, atrial fibrillation. May cause ectopic ventricle activity. Pregnancy, lactation. Childn.
