Na hyaluronate (0.7 mL of 2.2% low-molecular wt (LMW) Na hyaluronate + 0.7 mL of 1% high-molecular wt (HMW) Na hyaluronate)
Indications/Uses
Relief of symptoms of knee OA grade 1-3 medial compartment.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1.4 mL (LMW + HMW) inj into knee joint on 1st day followed by a 2nd inj 1 wk after.
Contraindications
Known sensitivity to Na hyaluronate. Infection or evidence of skin disease at inj site. Childn.
Adverse Reactions
Inflammatory reaction (rarely).
