Adult & adolescent ≥16 yr Initially 2 tab daily & as needed in not <6 hr dose interval. Max: 8 tab daily.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Special Precautions
Patients susceptible to seizure, opioid dependence, cranial trauma, convulsive disorder, biliary tract disorder, under altered state of consciousness, resp center problem. Moderate or severe renal/resp insufficiency, hepatic impairment. May affect ability to drive or operate machinery.
