Contraindications
Heart diseases, angina, decompensated cardiac insufficiency, glaucoma, hyper-excitability, thyrotoxicosis. Concomitant therapy with MAOI.

Special Precautions
Do not admin in late afternoon and evening so as to prevent sleep disturbances.

Adverse Reactions
Dry mouth.

Overdosage
Symptoms: Nausea, agitation, restlessness, dry mouth, dizziness, tremors, dyspnoea, tachycardia, disorientation, seizures. Management: Empty stomach by gastric lavage or aspiration if taken within 3-4 hr. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.

Drug Interactions
Potentially Fatal: Avoid concomitant use with MAOI.
